- 25 sdm - tepung terigu.
- 4 butir - telur.
- 250 grm - mentega.
- 70 mil - susu cair/skm larutkan.
- 15 - sdm munjung,gula pasir (blender).
- 1/2 sdt - sp.
- 1/4 sdt - sodakue.
- 2 sdm - coklat bubuk.

- Siapkan semua bahan:Mixer gula dan mentega sampai lembut sy 10 menitan.
- Kemudian masukan sp mixer dgn kecepatan tinggi,masukan telur satu persatu kocok sampai mengembang kental berjejak.
- Campur tepung dgn soda kue ayak/aduk rata,kemudian masukan campuram tepung kedalam mixer sedikit demi sedikit,sambil terus di mixer dgn kecepatan rendah yaa,terakhir masukan susu cair dikit demi sedikit,aduk rata.
- Siapkan loyang yg sudah di oles topis carlo/mentega,bagi adonan sebagian tambahkan coklat bubuk,aduk rata.
- Masukan adonan putih,timpa dgn adonan coklat,sesuai kreasi kalian yaa.
- Panaskan oven,kemudian panggang adonan bolu selama 40 menit suhu 180 decel/sesuailan oven masing2 yaa.
- Angkat keluarkan dri loyang.
